Winner Winner Chicken Dinner
Add the sliced mushrooms, kale and the 1/4 cup of water to the pan. Give it a good stir and then cover it and let simmer for approx 10 minutes or until the mushrooms have cooked through and reduced in volume.
Place the whole chicken thighs into the pan (press then down into the sauce). Reduce the heat to medium, cover and let simmer for approx 5 minutes.
Turn the thighs over and continue to cook for another 5-10 minutes or until the chicken is cooked.
