Caramel Tahini Balls

Ingredients

1/2 cup of Walnuts

1 tablespoon of tahini (I use unhulled)

6 medjool dates (or dried dates soaked in water for half an hour)

1/4 cup of shredded or desiccated coconut

1 tablespoon of Chia Seeds (optional but totally worth it!)

Directions

Put all ingredients into a food processor or blender and whiz up until blended and sticky.

Roll into balls and pop them in the fridge (or freezer if impatient) for 20 Minutes or so to harden up.

Note – If your mixture is a bit dry, try adding a dash of coconut oil.
