Berry Kefir Smoothie

  • Yields: 2 smoothies


1 cup of milk kefir (if you don't have kefir you could use unsweetened yoghurt)

1 cup of frozen berries (I used blackberries & blueberries but you can use whatever you like)

1 tablespoon of tahini

1 teaspoon of cinnamon

1 cup of water (or coconut water)

1 teaspoon of honey (optional)

1 small apple chopped (optional - easier if you have a high speed blender)


Put all of the ingredients into your blender/thermomix/whatever you have that blends and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
